Meet Faith
Faith holds over twenty-eight years of experience combined in Finance, New Home Sales, and General Real Estate, allowing her to provide her client's top-notch advice and customer service.
Faith began her real estate career in California, starting out on the Mortgage side with client origination and wholesale lending. Then in 2005 she obtained her Florida Real Estate license and worked full time in the Tampa, Bradenton and Sarasota markets. She recently just relocated back to the Emerald Coast to be close to family and has chosen to join the top luxury brand in the area, Compass on 30A, to continue to deliver exceptional service and value to her clients.
Faith's experience and commitment are evident by the slew of National Association of REALTORS® and Local Board designations she has accrued. Some of these include RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), CSP (Certified Sales Professional), SFR (Short Sale/Foreclosure Resource), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and CRE (Certified Residential Expert). Additionally, she holds the coveted CNE Designation (Certified Negotiation Expert). She has been featured in "Top Agent Magazine" and recipient of "The Best in Client Satisfaction Award'' for 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. Faith has also earned the Five Star Professional award, as seen in Forbes Magazine, for 9 consecutive years which is based solely on past client reviews and recommendations.
It's her tenacity in fighting for her clients, among many other exemplary characteristics, that keep her clients returning to her and referring new customers. "I have persistence," she says. "I work hard to get the deal done for my clients, and the fact is I go the extra mile for every single one of them."
Listening to her clients is of paramount importance to Faith and the team. "It all starts in the beginning when we have the consultation. We find out their motivations, and exactly how we are going to best market their property or get them into their dream home. We uncover what the end result is that they're trying to achieve, and then put all of the pieces together making it seamless and stress-free."
